Ellos sí que tienen la última palabra!! Los jurados del V Festival Internacional de Cine Social de Concordia 2015 Estabas esperando esta información para saber quiénes van a dar el veredicto final de tu peli. Pues acá te presentamos a los hombres de honor que visualizarán y pondrán su ojo crítico a las producciones seleccionadas. Aquí entonces, una breve referencia de estos tres hombres de cine. Rolando Jorge López Bantar: realizador, docente, e investigador villaguayense y egresado del ex Instituto de Cinematografía de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral. Allí se desempeñó como docente, y encargado de Cinemateca. Su film de tesis titulado “La memoria de nuestro pueblo” fue seleccionado en el Festival Internacional de Oberhaussen en 1974, y junto al largometraje “Operación masacre” de Jorge Cedrón, representó a Argentina en el Festival de Cine de los Pueblos del Tercer Mundo celebrado en Argel a fines de 1973. También participó en el Festival Internacional de Escuelas de Cine en Amsterdam, y en el coloquio sobre “El cine social en América Latina” organizado por el XX Festival Internacional de Cine de Leipzig (Alemania), evento considerado de los más importantes del mundo. Actualmente es Secretario General de la Federación Escuelas de Cine de América Latina (FEISAL) Diego Battle: egresado de la Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini, estudió Periodismo en el Taller Escuela Agencia (TEA). Posteriormente se interiorizó en el cine para crear y dirigir el sitio web OtrosCines.com desde 2007. Su trabajo como crítico y periodista de cine lo emplea en el diario La Nación desde 1998. Anualmente dicta talleres de periodismo en Buenos Aires y en Cartagena, Colombia, entre otros. También se desempeñó como corresponsal en Argentina de la revista Screen International (Gran Bretaña) y participó en la edición y redacción de varios libros sobre cine argentino y latinoamericano como “50 Cineastas de Iberoamérica / Generaciones en Tránsito: 1980-2008” y “Nuevo Cine Argentino”. Integró jurados internacionales de festivales de cine en Venecia, Berlín, Toronto, BAFICI, Mar del Plata y otros. En la actualidad dicta numerosos cursos y seminarios especializados en la Argentina y en el exterior tanto de manera presencial como en plataformas online. Hector Fabián Rivero: nacido en Concordia, Entre Ríos, egresó como Guía de Turismo del Instituto Print. En 1997 se recibió de Profesor Superior de Ciencias Sociales y más tarde se trasladó hasta Villaguay para cursar la Tecnicatura Superior en Turismo. Se ha desempeñado como Docente disertante de los cursos organizados por el Área de Capacitación Laboral de Cafesg durante los años 2013 – 2014. Además ha sido Guía de Museo en el Palacio Arruabarrena de 2012 a 2013 y Docente de Bachillerato Acelerado para Adultos. Trabajo al que suma su experiencia en el Instituto Jorgelina Antello. Sede Concordia. Actualmente es Coordinador de Museos de la Municipalidad de Concordia.

Acaba de cerrar la Convocatoria general 2015 para películas en corto y largometraje participantes del 5to. FICSC . Acá te contamos algunos numeritos, así te copás cada año más. Con las expectativas y la vista re contra superada ya nos estamos aprontando para lo que va a ser un magnífico festejo en este nuevo Festival que tendrá lugar nuevamente en Concordia del 17 al 24 de abril de 2015. A todos los realizadores: gracias por participar y éxitos!!! Que queden los mejores… qué difícil va a estar la selección! Este año, la repercusión del Festival Internacional de Cine Social de Concordia ha sido trascendente. Por eso, más que nunca, las pelis ganadoras han sido solicitadas más de una vez para ser presentadas! La primera proyección con la peli ganadora fuera del 4° FICSC fue en la Escuela Gerardo Yoya. La organización de este evento también estuvo compuesto por el Profesorado de Geografía, quienes dispusieron del mobiliario, las instalaciones y el equipo humano para hacer posible la difusión de la premiada “La mujer y el agua” de Nocem Collado. Luego vino el turno del Profesorado de la Escuela Normal, donde los futuros docentes quedaron impactados con las escenas de este grandioso documental. Finalmente, fue la Escuela República de Entre Ríos junto a su comunidad educativa, quienes pudieron disfrutar, a partir de las 20hs, en el turno nocturno del largometraje más votado. Cada vez más expandidos, cada vez más cerca de tuyo, cada vez más cerca de la realidad. Otro logro del Festival con el apoyo de Damián Pasarella de Música y Cultura de Concordia es el programa de radio que se transmite el primer martes de cada mes por www.radiodelsurfm.com en el 90.7 del dial si estás en Concordia, Entre Ríos. Ya han sido entrevistados jurados, realizadores de Concordia, Festivaleros, amantes del Cine, personas especialistas en las temáticas tratadas y propuestas en el Festival, ONG’ S, músicos locales y muchos más.
