With Opening Night coming up, it's time to plan your Cinequest experience! Here are our Director's tips to make the most of your time at the festival and maximize your enjoyment.
1. GET IN EARLY
Seize the day and get in for an early screening! Enjoy dinner or happy hour at Cinequest's Diner Circle Partners afterwards, or meet and mingle with artists and filmmakers at our VIP Soirees. Catch a 7 pm screening and celebrate with fellow film lovers at Cinequest's daily Maverick Meetups.
2. HAVE A LAUGH
Laughing is healthy - watch at least one comedy a day! Check out this year's laughs at Cinequest, featuring top celebrities, such as Jude Law, Patrick Stewart and Gary Busey. A must-watch for all mediaholics: Friended To Death, a comedy that finds a Social Media junkie (Ryan Hansen; Veronica Mars) faking his death to see how many of his thousands of Facebook friends are his real friends. Hilarious!
3. JOIN A WORLD PREMIERE
There is nothing like attending a world premiere! Join filmmakers as they present their "child" to the world for the very first time.
