Noche de Apertura está llegando rápido! Estamos increíblemente emocionados de traer un Festival de interés, con una pizarra estelar de películas y eventos que electrificar su intelecto y revolver sus emociones.

Nos sentimos especialmente honrados este año para presentar un Premio Espíritu Maverick a la leyenda del cine Harrison Ford. A lo largo de su increíble carrera de décadas, Ford ha infundido a sus personajes con una confianza tranquila, acerado, complementado por un ingenio afilado.

Pero las líneas de los actores son los primeros de un script. Nuestra Celebración de Escritores se adentra en los procesos artísticos y empresariales, que convierten una idea en una historia, un guión, y luego una película. Culminando la fiesta, vamos a honrar ampliamente aclamado novelista Chuck Palahniuk con el premio Espíritu Maverick.

En alguna parte lenta (protagonizada por Jessalyn Gilsig): Una mujer con una vida insatisfecha se mezcla en un robo fallido conveniencia historia y aprovecha la oportunidad de sumergirse en lo desconocido.

Sparks (protagonizada Caza Williamson, Bell Ashley, y William Katt): Un thriller de superhéroes hiper-estilizada noir sigue las hazañas de Ian Sparks en su intento de librar a su ciudad de elementos feos que la han convertido en un infierno.

The Kitchen (protagonizada por Laura Prepon y Walker Dreama): Una comedia LOL subrayando la frase "Si no puedes soportar el calor, sal de la cocina".

Opening Night is coming on fast! We're incredibly excited to bring you a landmark Festival, with a stellar slate of films and events that will electrify your intellect and stir your emotions. 
We're especially honored this year to present a Maverick Spirit Award to film legend Harrison Ford. Throughout his amazing, decades-long career, Ford has infused his characters with a calm, steely confidence, complemented by a razor-sharp wit.

But actors’ lines are first a script. Our Writers Celebration delves into the processes, artistic and business, that turn an idea into a story, a script, then a film. Climaxing the Celebration, we’ll honor widely acclaimed novelist Chuck Palahniuk with a Maverick Spirit award. 
At this year’s Picture the Possibilities Season Two World Premiere, we'll be screening another inspiring selection of PTP participant films, expressing unique visions on how to change our world.

Somewhere Slow (starring Jessalyn Gilsig): A woman with an unfulfilled life gets mixed up in a bungled convenience story robbery and seizes the opportunity to plunge into the unknown. 
Sparks (starring Chase Williamson, Ashley Bell, and William Katt): A hyper-stylized superhero noir thriller follows the exploits of Ian Sparks as he tries to rid his city of ugly elements that have turned it into a living hell. 
The Kitchen (starring Laura Prepon and Dreama Walker): A LOL comedy underscoring the phrase “If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen."
